Travel

By airplane:

There are direct connections from Zurich to most major cities. The train ride from the airport Zurich-Kloten to the city center takes about 15 minutes. (Train Timetable: Zurich Airport -> Zurich HB) Taxi rides to the city are also offered but expensive.

By train:

The international railway system provides good connections from Zurich station to all European cities. The main station is situated in the center of the city, a 10 minutes' walk from the ETH main building (german only).
Swiss Federal Railway (Timetable, Tickets,...)

By car:

Zurich is connected to a highway system. However, it is recommended to leave the car in the hotel garage during the congress, because parking at the congress venue is not possible.
